Group Therapy
Group therapy provides a unique opportunity to connect with others who share similar challenges, fostering understanding, personal growth, and emotional support in a structured environment. I have extensive experience facilitating skills-based and process-oriented therapy groups at Mount Sinai Hospital, working with individuals facing mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, and PTSD. My expertise in leading DBT, CBT, and trauma-informed therapy groups allows participants to develop essential coping skills while gaining insight from shared experiences.
Whether you're looking for support in managing emotions, improving social skills, or processing past trauma, I create a safe, collaborative space where clients can feel heard and validated. Group therapy is available both virtually and in-person at my Upper East Side office, making it accessible for those seeking community and healing.
