Welcome!

Thank you for taking the time to explore my practice. Whether you’re an adolescent navigating life’s transitions, a couple working on strengthening your relationship, a family seeking greater harmony, or an individual looking for personal growth, I offer a compassionate and collaborative environment where you can feel heard and supported. I have experience addressing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment issues, personality disorders, and family dynamics.

If you’re a Mount Sinai employee or healthcare professional, I provide flexible, accessible therapy options covered by UMR insurance, ensuring you have access to the care you need. For those not covered by UMR, I offer out-of-network and out-of-pocket options, making it easy to find the support that works for you. Located on the Upper East Side of New York City, my practice is committed to fostering a welcoming space for all clients.

My Approach

My approach to therapy is rooted in a relational and existential framework, emphasizing genuine connection and self-exploration. I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where we work together to develop self-awareness, clarify personal values, and align actions with what truly matters. Values clarification plays a key role in my work, helping clients understand their core values and make meaningful, intentional choices.

I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and Gottman-informed methods to support healing and personal growth. IFS and parts work help clients explore and integrate different aspects of themselves, fostering inner harmony and self-compassion. I also incorporate somatic approaches to deepen mind-body awareness, supporting clients in regulating emotions and processing experiences on a deeper level.

With a deep passion for group therapy, I value the power of shared experiences and mutual support. Family therapy is also an integral part of my practice, helping to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen relationships in a structured, supportive setting. I work extensively with couples to enhance communication, rebuild trust, and nurture intimacy, drawing from attachment-based approaches to create deeper emotional bonds.

For individuals, therapy is an opportunity to navigate life's challenges, process emotions, and build a foundation for lasting well-being. Whether working through trauma, life transitions, self-esteem struggles, or relationship difficulties, my goal is to provide a supportive space where clients can grow, heal, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
